Terrible Clickbait - Urbex is on it’s arse
Urbex is really popular on social media sites where you can share videos be it on Tiktok or Youtube (other sites are available). Unfortunately a lot of those who post videos believe they have to have the punchiest, eye catching title to suck in the gullible viewer. These particular people use titles made to shock, made of lies.
The favourite of many is the MURDER HOUSE title. 10 times out of 10 it is nothing but pure bullshit. There’s a particular house that I’ve been to that has been touted around as a murder house, yes a murder did occur in that street but upon looking up history on the place it came to light that the house had absolutely nothing to do with the victim, was not the scene of the murder although the body was found in close proximity to the house. So why lie about it? Imagine the victims family see the video and there’s a load of crap being spouted about something that is hard for them to comprehend.
What really got my goat at the weekend was the claim of not only stains and smell left by bodily fluids from someone dying in a house but the person had a suitcase full of disgusting images of children (CP). An outrageous claim to make.
So, I had been to the house in question myself last week as had many others and no one else saw any CP. It was also abundantly clear that the so called death stains (yes there was 2 🙄 so he must have died in two places) were mould stains and the SmElL oF dEaTh was nothing more than damp and mould. If you have ever smelled a decomposed body you would know the smell it leaves behind you wouldn’t be able to stay in the property to rummage through someone’s belongings.
The claim of CP in this place is such bollocks that I called them out on it. What happened in the video was one was in the living room and another off camera. When the guy filming goes back to the kitchen and meets the guy who was off camera they see the words “is a child molester” written on the wall. Off camera guy then says he’s found dodgy photos and you hear him flicking through photos off camera while the guy filming says he’s not filming it and he can’t look.
In my opinion they probably saw the graffiti and thought they could run with a story about the owner being a wrong’un. However, they didn’t bank on myself and others calling them out which has culminated in posts from people calling out the crap being deleted by the cameraman and denial that they’re lying and they’ve called the police about the CP. He also appears to be trying to shift blame to the guy who found the photos.
When I visited the house I saw the graffiti on the wall which said “[name redacted] is a child molester”, the name was that of someone I know, who is nothing of the sort, and clearly written by one of the urbex bullies. So I did what any normal person would do and fetched a pen from my car and scribbled out the name. I have photos to back this up.
Yesterday one of the people I explore with went back to the house and filmed himself going through all the photos in the suitcase. Do you know what he found? Nothing. The only remotely naked photo was someone’s children or grandchildren playing in the bath. Normal photos that many parents have.
So my questions are did it exist? (which it doesn’t but he claims it does) where is it? Did he take it home? Why would he do that? Have that in your possession? However he also said he had made the police aware of what is in the property so he couldn’t have taken it, no one else would take it and if the police had been the property still wouldn’t be wide open.
What’s the crime reference number because it’s easy checked by calling 101.
This is by far the worst case of clickbait I’ve ever seen, imagine the poor man’s family if they come across a video of someone claiming their beloved father is nothing but a nonce. Dragging his name through the mud. For what? Views, likes and adoration of the gullible followers who are too quick to part with their money in the form of gifts to the channel.
Urbex is literally dying on its arse due to outrageous claims and the need for fame and fortune.
